Yellowstone Prep and Ship is committed to getting the job done, especially when it comes to getting your shipments out FAST! You can count on us to be professional, timely, efficient and make sure you’re satisfied every step of the way. Need help tracking a package? Not to worry! If you are having trouble tracking a shipment through Seller Central or WFS - we will gladly retrieve your tracking information and promptly get that over to you.
Return Serives
Since its founding, Yellowstone Prep and Ship has been one of the most trusted names in the industry. Nothing is more frustrating than receiving damaged inventory - or sometimes just the wrong items all together. When needing to return inventory to the source, you are only charged a return fee if the client or VA ordered the incorrect item. You are never charged for returning or exchanging damaged or incorrect inventory if it's no fault of the client. Additionally, if you would ever like inventory shipped to your residence - we can do that too! Just send us over a pre-paid shipping label, or we will pick the best shipping option and send the items directly to you while the fees are added to your next invoice.
